- Pay: $23 – $28/hr (DOE)
- Shift: 1st shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Status: Full-Time
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Availability: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Fit, weld, and fabricate structural steel stairs, rails, and related components to precise specifications.
- Work directly from detailed shop drawings and welding symbols.
- Perform accurate layout, cutting, and preparation of steel components prior to assembly.
- MIG weld using 71M steel wire for high-strength connections.
- Collaborate with other welders and shop staff to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure final products meet AWS quality standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a welder/fitter in structural steel fabrication.
- AWS Certification required.
- Proven ability to read and interpret shop drawings and structural details.
- Strong experience with stairs, rails, and architectural steel fabrication.
- Proficient with MIG welding (71M wire).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
