About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Tig and Mig Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position
involves welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications, ensuring
quality, safety, and efficiency. Pay varies based on experience and knowledge. 
Responsibilities:
Perform Tig and Mig welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Cut, fit, and assemble metal components with precision.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and specifications are met.
Operate saws, grinders, and other shop tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
Requirements:
2+ years of Tig and Mig welding experience.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Experience with shearing, bending, or layout is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
