Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Location: Rugby

Shift: Monday-Friday Days

Salary: Up to £17.00 DOE

The Welder Fabricator Role:

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of high-precision components.The role requires interpreting technical drawings, using advanced welding equipment, and ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



Fabricate and weld metal components to tight tolerances

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Use MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques as required

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Work independently while meeting production targets

Maintain welding equipment and the workshop area to high standards

Report progress and issues to the Team LeaderPrevious Experience:



Proven experience as a welder fabricator, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with MIG, TIG, and other welding processes

Knowledge of fabrication techniques and metalworking tools
