Welder/Fabricator - Medway - Workshop based role



Permanent PAYE or Self employed - your choice!

Up to £19.00 per hour | 7am-5pm Monday - Friday | Overtime Available



We're working with a long-established, down-to-earth engineering business based in Medway, known for stability, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other.



They're looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to join their onsite workshop, producing high-quality, bespoke metalwork for a range of industrial and architectural projects.

What's on offer:



Competitive pay - up to £19.00 per hour (DOE)

Day shifts: 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Plenty of overtime available at enhanced rates

The role:



MIG & TIG welding on a range of metals

Fabrication and assembly of architectural metalwork, structural steel, balustrades, and balcony systems

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Cutting, bending, and shaping metal components to precise measurements

Working to high-quality standards with a focus on safety and accuracy

About you:



Proven welding and fabrication experience

Skilled in architectural metalwork and structural steel fabrication

Experience working on balustrade and balcony projects

Ability to work from engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
