Position Summary:
The Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, assembling, and welding metal components for various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Fabricate components by cutting, bending, and shaping metal materials using power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors

​Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or welding certification .
• 1+ years of welding/fabrication experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MIG / GMAW welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Skilled in using metal fabrication tools such as grinders, shears, punches, and saws.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physical Requirements:

• ​​​​Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, noise, dust).
