Welder/Fabricator (4/10 work week)

Rustica is currently hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator who will work on various metal hardware projects throughout the manufacturing process. This position will report to the Metal Manager, and will be responsible for producing high-quality, functional hardware and custom doors.

Responsibilities:

• Welding and fabricating door and hardware components to precise specifications.
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship through meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilizing a variety of welding techniques, including MIG welding (required) and TIG welding ().
• Working with various metals, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Verifiable welding experience required
• MIG experience required, TIG experience a plus
• Must be able to build product from an engineered drawing
• Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand 8-10 hrs./day
