Location: Dereham

Salary: £12.21 – £14 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent



Position 1 Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established fabrication company based in Dereham, currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their dedicated team.



Key Responsibilities:



* Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless-steel components.



* Fabricate components to specification using appropriate techniques and tools.



* Read and interpret engineering drawings, particularly third-angle projection.



* Carry out finishing tasks such as dressing and polishing.



* Proactively identify and resolve fabrication issues.



Requirements:



* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in welding and fabrication.



* Competent in the safe use of hand tools.



* Experience with power tools and workshop machinery is advantageous.



* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.



* Committed to always following all health and safety procedures.
