Job Role: Welder
Location: Dorking
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum
Permanent, full time position

An established engineering and manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Welder to join its team in Dorking. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced welder looking for long-term stability, structured shifts, and an excellent benefits package.
As an Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding components using mild and stainless steel, working to high commercial and quality standards. The role of Welder involves interpreting engineering drawings, carrying out MIG and TIG welding, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. A successful Welder will take pride in producing high-quality fabrications, maintaining a tidy workspace, and contributing to continuous improvement within the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding and fabrication using MIG and TIG processes
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and ISO standards
Marking out, pressure testing, and inspecting completed work
Ensuring all parts meet quality standards before progressing
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety practices
Completing required documentation and work recordsPay & Benefits:

Up to £40,000 per annum.
