Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to specifications, ensuring adherence to industry codes and standards. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Duties

• Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
• Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Build and assemble metal structures or products as per design specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards for safety and quality.
• Use cranes for lifting heavy materials or components during the fabrication process.
• Perform pipe threading as needed for specific projects.
• Utilize micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.

Experience

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly with FCAW techniques.
• Familiarity with operating power tools and heavy machinery in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively.
• Experience with pipe threading is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
