This role involves MIG welding, fitting, grinding, and quality inspection to ensure finished products meet company and industry standards.Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural and miscellaneous steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
• Lay out, position, align, and fit steel parts prior to welding
• Operate equipment such as welders, grinders, torches, and overhead cranes
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing of welded parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
