Job Title

Welder and Automotive Suspension Tech

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team in Boise, ID. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding and a strong commitment

to producing quality work. This position also involves powder coating and packaging

of manufactured parts, as well as automotive suspension work. It's a great

opportunity to join a growing company that values craftsmanship, safety, and

teamwork.

Job Qualifications

1+ year of welding experience (certification but not required)

Experience with automotive repair, including suspension and alignment work, is

a plus

Experience with powder coating but not requred (training available)

Proficient with MIG welding techniques.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Ability to lift 50 lbs (occasionally more) ad work in a manufacturing or

automotive shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG Welding on steel components

Repair and install springs and suspension parts

Perform alignments on cars and trucks

Powder coating manufactured parts

Package parts for shipping

Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and structural soundness.

Operate and maintain welding tools, torches, and fabrication equipment.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Assist in fabrication, assembly, and installation as needed.
