We’re hiring experienced 3G Flux Core Welders for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Louis, MO. This is a day shift position, working Monday through Friday, with multiple openings available. If you’re skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, and have a strong background in blueprint reading and fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3G flux core welding on structural steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Fit, cut, and fabricate parts to exact specifications

• Inspect welds for quality, durability, and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all shop safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3G flux core welding and fabrication

• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques

• Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements

• Welding certification but not required

• Good physical stamina; able to lift and work on your feet throughout the shift
