Welder Fabricator - Great Bromley, Essex - £13.50 - £14.50 (DOE) - Temp to Perm



Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator looking for your next challenge? An automotive conversion company is seeking a new team member to join their growing workshop-helping to speed up the build process as they convert vehicles into fully equipped mobile food trucks.



Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 16:00)



Responsibilities



Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Perform MIG and TIG welding

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components to required tolerances

Ensure welded joints are clean, strong, and meet quality standards

Use shop tools and machinery safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Carry out inspections and communicate issues early to avoid delays

Get involved in coachbuilding Experience required



Prior experience as a welder / fabricator in a workshop environment

Competence in welding methods relevant to the work (MIG/TIG)

Good attention to detail and pride in delivering neat, accurate fabrication work

Ability to work from drawings and specifications

Strong commitment to health & safety practices

Reliable, team player with good communication skills

Good hand and power tools experienceWhat's on offer
