Responsible for welding using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications, blueprints and shop diagrams.

• Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS 3G/4G) on steel, stainless, aluminum and brass per blueprints and weld symbols
• Set up and maintain welding equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards
• Inspect work and prior processes to ensure quality and production flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards

• Welding experience with brass is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in MIG / TIG welding of various materials and metals.
• Experience with general metal fabrication and finishing.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read and understand shop drawings.
• Must be able to work in our shop in North Hollywood.
• Able to manage multiple tasks on a consistent basis.
• Excellent communication skills.
