NOW HIRING: Full-Time Structural Welder

Location: Slidell, LA
Schedule: 4 Days a Week | 10 Hour Shifts
Pay: $25/hour (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Execute clean, strong welds using TIG, and MIG techniques. Aluminum welding experience required.

• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

• Fabricate and assemble structural components with precision

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards

• Work closely with a dedicated team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with TIG, and MIG and aluminum welding

• Strong understanding of structural welding techniques and safety protocols

• Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints and drawings

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team setting
