Welder, Temp to Perm, £21.00 per hour Workshop & Site-Based (CSCS Card Required)



Welder opportunity in Dundee for a temp to perm position with a leading Engineering company. This is an excellent role for any welder looking for the next step in their career, to work part of a team and gain a long term, permanent welding role with great benefits.

Requirements



* 2–3 years of experience in TIG and Stick (MMA) welding



* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings



* Valid CSCS card (required for site work)



* Full UK driving licence



* Competent in preparing materials, including cutting metal and pipework (up to 400mm diameter)



Responsibilities



* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM



* Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM



* Carry out TIG and Stick welding to high-quality standards



* Interpret and follow detailed engineering drawings



* Prepare and fabricate metal components, including cutting and fitting



* Weld and assemble pipework and structural components (up to 400mm)



* Work both in a workshop setting and on customer sites as required
