QuickPro Staffing is now hiring for a Temp-to-Hire Welder position with a well-established steel fabrication company located in Cleves, OH. Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AMLocation: Cleves, OHType: Temp-to-HireOvertime: May be required or available
What You’ll Be Doing:

• MIG welding and fabricating various metals for production
• Reading blueprints, prints, and welding process specs
• Cutting, burning, and fitting up standard metal structures
• Cleaning and prepping surfaces, setting up and tacking parts
• Working under the direction of the Lead Welder
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of welding experience (outside of school)
• MIG welding required; TIG and aluminum welding a plus
• Experience with tape measures, calipers, and possibly a jib crane
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machine sketches
• A strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
