HireQuest Direct is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented welder to join our dynamic team! This position offers the opportunity to take on diverse and challenging welding projects, working with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver exceptional results. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys meeting challenges and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• welding together J Clips. There are about 28 J clips

Required Certifications and Skills:

We are always on the lookout for certified welders in these key areas:

• Flat, overhead, horizontal, and vertical welding
• 6G pipe welding
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
• Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification from an accredited institution is a plus.
• At least 2 years of welding experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with welding machinery, electrical equipment, and hand tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to pass a Weld Test.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability as needed
• Must have personal tools and reliable transportation
