Location: Marion, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding tasks using appropriate methods (MIG, TIG, or Stick) based on project requirements
• Follow technical drawings and shop plans to ensure accurate fabrication
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to meet design specifications
• Inspect finished welds and assemblies for quality and precision
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools and work area in clean, safe condition
• Support team members with various fabrication and shop tasks as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and best practices at all times
