Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in Bessemer, AL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Stick, TIG, and MIG welding and be able to produce high-quality welds on a variety of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Stick, TIG, and MIG welding on various projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.

• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition.

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven welding experience (Stick, TIG, and MIG).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
