Fabrication Associate - WelderTemp to Hire 1st Shift $21.22 Per Hour, 3rd Shift $22.47 Per Hour1st Shift Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm + Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm3rd Shift Sunday – Wednesday 7:00pm – 5:30am + Thursday 7:00pm – 3:30amHebron, OH Are you looking for a manufacturing environment unlike any other? You’ve come to the right place! Dawson is currently staffing Manufacturing Fabrication Associates in Hebron, OH. What you’ll be doing:

• Weld components in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Operates equipment, conducts required daily checks and interprets work orders
• Operates welding systems and make running adjustments as needed
• Lay out, position and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
• Follow detailed work instructions to meet quality standards
• Regularly lift and/or move 50lbs

Who we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing setting
• Must pass welding test at client’s jobsite
• Computer skills are required
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and strong communication skills
• Excellent attendance and willingness to work a 48-hour work week plus overtime
