Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:
Safely perform GMAW and GTAW welding operations on various metals.
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Set up fixtures, jigs, and clamps to position metal parts.
Ensure quality control and complete associated documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
Support team operations with other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification or technical training .
Prior welding experience required; minimum of 2 years .
Ability to read blueprints and use calipers and other trade tools.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with good time management and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach regularly.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Tolerance for loud environments with fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
