Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)
Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and skilled welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a variety of equipment, perform quality work, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment including MIG welders, grinders, saws, and drills.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Maintain equipment and ensure workstations are kept clean and organized.
• Follow all quality standards and complete required quality assurance documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts as needed.
• Consistently follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings.
• Proficient in basic math, including reading tape measures and working with fractions down to 1/32”.
• MIG welding experience (sheet metal up to ¼” thickness but not required).
• Skilled in using grinders and hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a T-Joint weld test.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or vocational training certificate.
• 1–2 years of welding experience .
• Position requires physical labor.
• Must have reliable transportation.
