We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality workmanship on a variety of metal products while maintaining an efficient production workflow. Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 11:00 am – 9:30 pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Weld and braze parts together using a variety of welding processes

• Handle, move, push, and pull materials such as sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Operate production machinery safely after training

• Cut materials and follow setup instructions for machinery operation

• Read and follow customer specifications to meet quality standards

• Safely use manual and power tools after instruction

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform duties in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Work overtime or alternate shifts as needed to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma

• Prior welding or machinery experience is a plus

• Ability to read and write routine correspondence and communicate effectively

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with fractions and decimals)

• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and confidentiality

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, and stand for extended periods

• Lift 25–50 lbs independently and assist with lifts up to 100 lbs using co-workers or machinery

• Use of vision, hand dexterity, and safe handling of sharp tools and machinery is required

• Must wear appropriate protective equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection
