The Role

Harbinger Marketing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of websites from assessment through launch. This role bridges design, development, and partner needs — ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are accurate, and quality is consistent across simultaneous builds.

The Website Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, developers, designers, project coordinators and strategists to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management

• Lead multiple concurrent website projects, maintaining clear timelines and deliverables.

• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Coordinate project milestones, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are consistently met.

  • Website Planning & Assessments

• Translate assessments and partner needs into actionable website project plans.

• Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for each website build.

• Work with sales and creative to ensure smooth project handoff.

  • Design & Development Oversight

• Review designs for usability, feasibility, and alignment with partner goals.

• Ensure design intent translates effectively into development.

• Flag when unique/custom assets are needed and coordinate with designers.

Verify websites meet performance, compatibility, and accessibility standards.

  • Process Improvement

• Develop best practices and templates for scaling website builds.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce production time.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in website or digital project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects at once.

  • Familiarity with web design principles (UX/UI, responsive layouts, wireframes).

  • Understanding of web development processes (CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, HTML/CSS fundamentals).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists).

  • High attention to detail and ability to anticipate roadblocks.

Bonus Skills ( but not Required)

  • Familiarity with planning and design software (Relume, Figma, etc.).

  • Experience with project management software (Asana).

Job Details

  • Time Requirements: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (or adjusted flex hours)
  • Office Location: 100 Glendalough Court. Tyrone GA, 30290
  • Pay Type: Salary (60k-75k annually, negotiated individually based on qualifications and experience).
