As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Water Mitigation Project Manager.
Position Overview
At the heart of our success is a skilled and dedicated team. As a Water Mitigation Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners recover from water damage—making a direct impact on lives while showcasing your technical and customer service skills. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
This is a physically demanding role with a focus on fieldwork, sales, and customer support. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in mitigation or construction sales, and be confident in evaluating property damage, communicating next steps clearly, and guiding homeowners through insurance claims.
Schedule Options:

  • Weekdays: Monday–Wednesday, every other Thursday
  • Weekends: Friday–Sunday, every other Thursday
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Emergency Work (24/7): Must be available for rotating on-call shifts, including some holidays


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to dispatch calls and assess water damage on-site
  • Accurately document findings and input new customer information into company software
  • Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist homeowners in understanding and navigating the insurance claims process
  • Scope and summarize necessary restoration work for the mitigation manager


Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:-Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related field is .
Skills:-Proficient in using mitigation tools and equipment-Able to document damage thoroughly and accurately-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Certifications:-IICRC certification (e.g., WRT) is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:-Must be able to lift 100+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks in a variety of environments.
Communication Skills:-Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
Clean Driving Record & Background Check:-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required-Must pass a background check
