Join the Advance Services team! We’re hiring a Wastewater Operator to support environmental and production operations in the Bastrop TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, monitoring systems, and maintaining compliance standards.

Join the Advance Services team! We’re hiring a Wastewater Operator to support environmental and production operations in the Bastrop TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, monitoring systems, and maintaining compliance standards.
What you’ll do:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment.
• Perform wastewater sampling and basic testing.
• Adjust chemical balances as needed.
• Operate and maintain systems such as DAF units, aerators, and pumps.
• Manage sludge disposal processes.
• Perform routine lab tests and record results.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support daily wastewater and facility operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Basic mechanical or technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Wastewater or treatment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
