Warehouse Site Manager - E-Commerce Logistics
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £75,000 + Car Allowance / Bonus

Our client, a fast-growing E-Commerce Logistics business, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Site Manager to take full ownership of operations at their Doncaster site. The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading site-wide operations across warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution.
• Driving operational performance, safety, service quality, and profitability.
• Developing and motivating a high-performing team.
• Delivering process improvements and embedding operational best practice.
• Aligning site activity with the overall business strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Strong leadership experience in logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce operations.
• 5+ Years experience as a Warehouse Site Manager in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment.
• A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering cost efficiencies without compromising service.
• Proven success in scaling operations and leading change.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
