Warehouse Racking Maintenance in Indianapolis

We are looking for a candidate to maintain and repair gravity rack systems in a warehouse setting. This is a 40-hour-per-week job working Monday-Friday, 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. You will receive a 30-minute lunch at noon and 2 paid 15-minute breaks. The role requires operating a forklift and scissor lift to perform repairs at heights of up to 20 feet. Immediate start times are available. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide training for all aspects of the job. Perfect for younger people just starting in the workforce to learn some valuable workplace skills. Or for people tired of getting laid off when it's raining or too cold. Work is indoors, and weather will not affect your schedule.

Requirements:

- Must be 18+

- Have Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

- Willingness to work at heights of 20 feet on a scissor lift

- Must have common sense

Attire Requirements: 

- Steel-toed boots are required.

- Wear blue jeans or work pants.

- A shirt with sleeves is mandatory.

All necessary tools and equipment will be provided, and you will receive training on all equipment required to perform the tasks. You will also learn how to use fall protection equipment properly. Gloves and safety vests will be provided for your protection.

Compensation is based on experience.

Performance evaluation after one month and then every 90 days thereafter.
