Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWarehouse Production Supervisor – Walterboro, SCGPS is hiring a Warehouse Production Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Walterboro, SC. This is a direct-hire position—you’ll be on the client’s payroll from day one. Why Apply
• Starting pay: $22.00/hr
• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Direct-hire role with full benefits
• Stable, long-term opportunity with low turnover Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations in the packaging and shipping areas • Manage the packaging area and assist with linen grading as needed
• Coordinate logistics, including BOLs, shipment scheduling, and outbound shipping
• Ensure final QA before products are packaged and shipped
• Participate in a four-week training period with an experienced supervisor
• Maintain workflow, solve production issues, and promote a safe environmentWhat We’re Looking For
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet short turnaround deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Forklift experience
