Warehouse Process Coordinator
Carrollton/Addison
Full-time M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM OR Part-time 9AM - 3PM
$20-23/hr
Position Summary
The Warehouse Process Coordinator supports all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, assembly, packaging, and order processing. This role ensures accurate product handling, efficient workflow, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Process customer orders using QuickBooks and established SOPs.
• Print, prepare, package, and label orders accurately.
• Create Certificates of Conformance (COC) and documentation.
• Prepare UPS/USPS/FedEx shipments and schedule pickups using UPS WorldShip.
• Follow packing standards (new box, brown tape, correct labels, no writing on box tops).
• Ensure secure packaging and complete documentation before shipment.
Receiving & Inventory Control
• Receive incoming shipments; verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Enter received items into QuickBooks and label appropriately.
• Store and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, including retained stock and T-samples.
• Assist with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods immediately.
Assembly & Production Support
• Assemble parts and products according to the Product Guide.
• Operate tools and equipment (Sharp bagging machine, hand truck, pallet jack, drill press).
• Perform 10% Quality Assurance (QA) inspections.
• Support packaging, labeling, and preparation for fulfillment.
Warehouse Operations
• Open and close the warehouse daily (unlock/lock doors, lights, signs).
• Check warehouse email frequently; print and organize incoming orders.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; sweep daily.
• Flatten boxes and manage pallets per warehouse guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.
Documentation & Communication
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, shipments, receiving, and inventory.
• File paperwork in designated areas (work order folders, supervisor bin, etc.).
• Assist in updating SOPs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with operations, leadership, and assembly teams.
• Participate in meetings and required training.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience .
• QuickBooks experience or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 35–40 lbs; climb, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to shift priorities quickly.
Working Conditions
• Climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Regular interaction with pallets, crates, tools, machinery, and packaging equipment.
• Must wear safety footwear and follow company safety protocols.
