Family-owned audiovisual solutions company in Collin County is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse equipment functions and support live event operations. We pride ourselves on strong client relationships,

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics or live event operations
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory or rental management software (Flex5 )

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including equipment scheduling and audits
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manifest logs on all equipment coming and going
• Ensure clear communication with leadership team
• Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure organization and efficiency
• Ensure on-time readiness of equipment for events

Additional Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (FLEXIBILITY required for live events, including occasional evenings/weekends during peak season)
• Must be able to stand duration of shift and lift 50+ lbs, team lift, pallet jack

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for owning the accuracy, readiness, and execution
of all equipment leaving our warehouse for live events. This role leads warehouse operations and team
performance to ensure every show is delivered correctly, on time, and at the highest standard. This is a
hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in
building systems, leading people, and delivering consistent results.
