Requirements:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in Accurate Mechanical’s warehouse operations—ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receiving and storage to delivery coordination at jobsites. You’ll oversee inventory management, coordinate staff activities, and enforce safety protocols to maintain an efficient and orderly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and securing goods and company tools.
- Implement and enforce safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff based on workload and priorities.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control, including physical counts and system reconciliation.
- Maintain company tools, warehouse equipment, and vehicles—scheduling repairs and inspections as needed.
- Coordinate with in-house and outside parties to ensure proper care, upkeep, and maintenance of the building and surrounding lot(s).
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to the Warehouse/Operations Manager and/or senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Proficiency in inventory software and strong understanding of warehouse processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pull and back up a trailer.
- Forklift Certified
- CDL ()
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
