Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Bloomington, IN
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift OR 3rd Shift

Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment? We are seeking two Operations Managers to lead and develop a diverse hourly workforce while driving productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within a production and/or warehouse environment
• Supervise and develop a sizable hourly workforce
• Hold teams accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, and safety standards
• Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Address employee relations matters and provide effective coaching and performance management
• Partner with leadership to ensure operational goals and customer expectations are met
• Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a safe and productive workplace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong people-management and employee-relations experience
• Proven success leading large hourly teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance accountability with employee engagement and development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working on and leading off-shift operations, preferably 2nd or 3rd shift
