Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Niles, Illinois. This is a direct hire position with a starting salary of $130,000-162,000 per year, depending on experience.

As the Warehouse / Distribution Manager, you will be support all logistics operations to include Cost Optimizations, Risk Management, Continuous Improvements, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management, Team Leadership, Technology Integrations and Customer Satisfaction throughout multiple locations.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience with Logistics Operations in a Mid-Size to Large capacity environment to include multiple locations
• At least 5 years of recent leadership experience
• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Must have experience in the Food Industry
• Strong experience in SAP and ERP
