Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of supervisors and warehouse operatives to deliver fast, accurate, and safe fulfilment for our customers. You’ll oversee goods in, storage, and dispatch processes, ensure compliance with aviation/security standards, and manage last-mile delivery partners to guarantee service excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, improve processes, and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

What you’ll bring:

• Background in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
