LG Kramer Flooring is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to join our growing team. We are the largest flooring company in the area, known for delivering high-quality work and a top-tier customer experience.

This role is critical to keeping our jobs running smoothly by ensuring materials are received, prepared, and ready for installation on time—every time.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming flooring materials and supplies
• Stage and prepare materials for upcoming installations
• Manage inventory across the warehouse and installer loadouts
• Ensure all jobs are fully prepared ahead of installation day
• Coordinate with sales and production on material needs and scheduling
• Track and reorder materials as needed
• Handle vendor communication and warranty claims when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Assist with loading/unloading materials for installers
• Use company systems (Floorzap, tablets, etc.) to track jobs and materials

• What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail (this is critical)
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and timelines at once
• Comfortable using technology (tablets, inventory systems, email)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license

• (but not required):

• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience in flooring, construction, or building materials
• Forklift experience
