Warehouse Manager / Branch Operations Manager Location: Mansfield Salary: Up to £35,000- £40,000 DOE plus Bonus

Join a reputable, growing family business in the motor factor industry. As a Warehouse Manager/Branch Operations Manager, you’ll support branch operations, oversee warehouse and delivery teams, and drive performance while ensuring company values and policies are upheld.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop warehouse operatives and logistics teams.

Manage resource requirements and oversee warehouse operations.



*



Ensure efficient stock handling and timely order deliveries.



*



Analyze performance, problem-solve operational challenges, and maintain compliance.



*



Conduct employee performance reviews and support branch KPIs.



Requirements:



*



Proven leadership in warehouse or logistics operations.



*



Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.



*



Customer service experience and ability to adapt under pressure.



*



Competent with Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse management systems.

Hours:

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
