• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to facilitate smooth logistics
• Enforce safety compliance and adhere to company policies
• Monitor attendance and maintain punctuality standards
• Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors regularly
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of logistics management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
