Position Summary
Confidential Company is a well-established provider in a specialized trade, serving both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Fleet Manager to join our team, overseeing high-volume warehouse operations and company fleet logistics. This role ensures that materials, tools, and vehicles are efficiently received, maintained, and distributed to support multiple field teams and fast-paced project demands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Direct all warehouse functions, including high-volume receiving, organization, storage, and outbound distribution of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries, will-call pickups, and project cleanouts to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate inventory through systematic tracking, regular counts, and audit processes.
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee driver assignments, mileage logs, and reporting to ensure proper vehicle use and accountability.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards in both warehouse and transport activities.
- Perform inspections on all tools and equipment prior to dispatch and upon return; document and address discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and efficient layout to support high throughput and organization.
- Communicate with internal departments to verify order accuracy and coordinate material or equipment deliveries.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain performance, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational and fleet performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or fleet management, preferably in a high-volume trade or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, logistics, and fleet operations simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with trade tools, materials, and operational best practices.
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Adaptable, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety and operational excellence.

- Forklift Certification
- Trainer Certification: Forklift, Aerial, Scissor and/or Boom Lift
- Minimum 2 years managing staff members
Physical & Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of insurability.
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility
- Must exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- This is a Safety-Sensitive Position, which may require additional training such as First Aid, CPR, or Competent Person certification.
