Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator/Material Handler in Indianapolis

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative/Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role is a combination of administrative and physical warehouse work, with approximately 50% computer-based tasks and 50% warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare shipments for export and delivery.
- Verify shipping paperwork and documentation accuracy.
- Monitor and update shipment information in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Respond to emails and follow-up requests in a timely manner.
- Refurbish and prepare reusable packaging and cold chain supplies.
- Handle gel pack preparation, configuration, and replenishment activities.
- Monitor on-hold shipments and coordinate necessary approvals.
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with warehouse operations.
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with customer packaging needs and other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Less than one year of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or administrative experience .
- Experience with data entry, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in warehouse, office, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
- Cold chain handling or logistics experience is a plus.
