About the RoleSERVPRO of Gilbert is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse and Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equipment, supplies, and vehicle fleet. In this vital role, you'll ensure our restoration crews are equipped, our warehouse runs efficiently, and our vehicles are maintained to SERVPRO standards. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards of the warehouse.
- Receive, inventory, and organize equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Track usage and restock PPE, cleaning agents, and job-site consumables.
- Ensure all drying and restoration equipment is cleaned, tested, and ready for deployment.
- Coordinate equipment check-in/check-out procedures with production crews.
Fleet Management
- Oversee scheduling and maintenance for company vehicles.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance.
- Coordinate repairs, registrations, and insurance claims as needed.
- Maintain vehicle logs, mileage reports, and fuel usage records.
Inventory & Compliance
- Maintain inventory management software (e.g., DASH or equivalent).
- Monitor usage and proactively order restocks.
- Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance across fleet and facility operations.
Team & Support
- Support the Production Manager and Crew Leads with logistical needs.
- Train staff on proper equipment handling and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with large-loss mobilization or storm event readiness as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse or fleet management (restoration industry ).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and inventory software.
- Clean driving record; valid AZ driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments.
