• Wallet Management:
• Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets including deposits withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
• Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades token events and testing with no issues.
• Risk Mitigation & Compliance:
• Monitor Internal Alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards.
• Continuously review existing risk and controls to prevent potential future impact to the firm or users.
• Process Optimization:
• Review internal processes and simplify or automate processes to enhance efficiency and users experience.
• Analyze competitor product and industry trends to identify potential product/process enhancements.
• Cross-Functional & External Collaboration:
• Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries.
• Partner with Stakeholders across various departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance our productCommunicate and collaborate with regulators auditors and external parties for licensing and other certifications as required.
