About the Role

Stax Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth AI SaaS client to appoint a Vice President of Enterprise and Ecosystem Platform.

This executive role will drive the expansion of the client’s product beyond the core application—building a scalable ecosystem through extensibility and external leverage. You will own the marketplace, developer platform, enterprise-grade integrations, and customer-facing platform requirements, including compliance, auditability, and API consistency.

Sitting at the intersection of product and business expansion, this position is highly cross-functional, partnering with Sales, Success, and Marketing to make the platform a trusted enterprise solution, a developer-friendly ecosystem, and a key enabler for strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the developer and partner ecosystem, encompassing APIs, SDKs, plug-ins, documentation, and success frameworks.
• Define and execute the enterprise platform roadmap, focusing on security, compliance, integrations, and scalability.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering to support strategic deal execution, including product packaging and integration strategies.
• Build, mentor, and scale a small, high-performing team of product managers and GTM-oriented product leaders.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in product management or platform product leadership, with demonstrable success in ecosystem, integrations, or GTM-focused roles.
• Strong background working with APIs, SDKs, PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies, and enterprise customer needs.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and Product teams.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance business objectives with product quality and scalability.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a track record of making decisive calls amid ambiguity.
