What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for construction and service divisions

• Oversee hiring, training, and development of foremen, field crews, and service techs

• Implement operational systems (scheduling, CRM, job costing, reporting)

• Manage budgets, job profitability, and margin control

• Develop clear SOPs for field, office, and service divisions

• Direct office administration (permitting, scheduling, finance support)

• Drive efficiency in logistics, staging, and equipment utilization

• Work closely with the Owner on strategic growth, while independently running daily operations

• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, revenue, staffing, and performance
