Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring compliance with RUS, NEC, NESC, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, policy development, and corporate planning.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range engineering plans.
  
• Coordinate with other departments for outage restoration and technical support.
• Guide engineering planning studies and ensure quality control of completed projects.
• Supervise NERC/SERC compliance efforts and promote a strong safety culture.
• Foster team development through coaching, training, and recognition.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electric facility design, operation, and maintenance.
• Professional Engineering license in Missouri (or ability to obtain within a reasonable time).
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
