Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate communication solutions.
Conduct regular system updates and maintenance.
Provide technical support for VoIP systems.
Develop and implement VoIP security measures.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a VoIP Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols and technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
