As a Pressure Pumping Laboratory Manager - VN, you will be esponsible for all aspects of running and supervising laboratory operation in safety manner.

As a Pressure Pumping Laboratory Manager - VN, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing activities and programs within a laboratory facility; manages records for all activities and programs, as necessary; provides technical support for laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools
  • Overseeing safety and security of laboratory facilities including maintaining current knowledge of all relevant protocols, regulations, standards, and safety procedures as well as developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Advising, guiding, and/or directing on operational activities and/or government, industry, or institutional regulatory guidelines. Involve in root cause analysis with engineer in charge and provide technical justification.
  • Overseeing inventory management such as selecting, purchasing, storing, and allocating of laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools
  • Inspecting, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools; performs and documents routine advanced quality assurance and preventive maintenance
  • Managing financial activities and/or reports pertaining to the laboratory; assists in the preparation of budget estimates
  • Collaborating with and/or serves as a liaison to operator, administrators, departments and also cross department
  • Monitoring research, and distributing information regarding implementing changes in regulatory guidelines as well as trends and developments in techniques and technology relevant to the field; maintains and updates protocol manuals

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
  • Have depth knowledge in cementing and stimulation lab testing
  • Be familiar with API RP10 B testing procedure, API RP19C and API RP13M
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
