Vit. Process Cell Operator - Inspector 

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $26.80 per hour 

Shift: O Crew (2, 2, 3) – Days 

5:00AM-5:00PM 
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

• Primarily inspecting, gauging, making epoxy repairs, unloading kiln cars, operating the automated pack cell, and pushing carts. Perform other tasks as assigned. 

• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs 

• Pass the global aesthetic test 

• Must be PIV certified.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. 

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

Qualifications 

• High School diploma or equivalent . 

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience . 

Additional Requirements  

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight. 

• Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. 

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. 

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
