EcoPro Electric is expanding, driven by a robust pipeline of LED lighting retrofit projects in the Richmond and surrounding area. We specialize in providing top-tier LED lighting installation services for hospital systems and commercial spaces.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking skilled, experienced Virginia Journeymen (or reciprocating license) electricians to join our dynamic team. If you value teamwork, punctuality, and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a responsible electrician for the company.
• Execute LED lighting retrofits and installations.
• Enforce and promote high-quality safety standards.
• Install EV chargers as part of our service offerings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Mentor and train others in the field, fostering a culture of learning and safety.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with other electricians on lighting and electrical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Active Virginia Journeyman license (or reciprocating license).
• Proven experience as a skilled electrician, particularly on small to medium size teams.
• Self-driven with the ability to complete projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and safety regulations.
